Let’s do some interesting math. The shoreline of Spring Park stretches for 4.34 miles along West Arm Bay, Black Lake, and Spring Park Bay. The ciity streets here run a total of 1.5 miles. County roads cover 1.9 miles. This means that lakefront exceeds total road length here by a whole mile! There is more prime Minnesota lakeshore than there are streets here. The ratio of lake shore to road is 1.29 to 1! Own your own parcel of Spring Park MN real estate, and you will probably be able to cast a hook from your back door.

Let’s try another word problem. Spring Park Minnesota Minnetonka shoreline stretches out to 22,900 feet. There are 1,717 people living here. This means that if every man, woman, and child went down to the lake, the lake front in town could be divided up so everyone gets 13.3 ft per person!
If you are waiting for some kind of utopian re-distribution of wealth or land, you might wait a long time. Besides, 13.3 feet of lakeshore might not be enough for practical enjoyment of Lake Minnetonka, But you can buy a longer stretch of lakeshore for yourself right now.
